Hello dear host family,

My name is Salsabil, and I’m from Tunisia. I’m a warm, caring and responsible person who genuinely loves children and would be very happy to become an au pair and experience life with a family abroad.

I have several years of hands on experience caring for children, including newborns, babies and toddlers from birth to around 3 years old. Taking care of children is something I truly enjoy. I love spending time with them, playing with them, helping them learn new things, preparing their meals, keeping their routines and simply being someone they can feel safe and comfortable around.

I understand that every child is different, and I believe patience, kindness and attention are incredibly important when caring for them. I enjoy creating fun and age-appropriate activities, going outside for walks and adventures, reading, playing games and being involved in their everyday lives. I also understand the importance of following parents' routines and respecting the way they choose to raise their children.

I’m also very comfortable helping around the home. I have experience with laundry, cleaning, organizing, grocery shopping, meal preparation, errands and keeping children's belongings and spaces organized. I have also cared for dogs and cats, so I would be happy to help with family pets when needed.

I speak Arabic, English and French, and I would love to share my language and culture with your children while also learning about yours. I’m curious about different cultures, enjoy meeting new people and would be excited to experience everyday family life in another country.

For me, being an au pair isn't simply about looking after children. I would love to become a trusted and positive person in your children's lives and a respectful member of your family. I understand that welcoming someone into your home requires trust from both sides, and I would always treat your home, privacy, rules and family traditions with respect.

I’m responsible, adaptable and willing to help wherever I genuinely can. I’m comfortable with routines, busy days and changing plans, and I’m also happy to have my own time and respect the family's need for privacy.
