Hello! My name is Joachim, and I’m from Tanzania. I’m a friendly, responsible, easygoing and active person who genuinely enjoys being around children and young people. I’m currently living in Tanzania, but I’m very open to relocating abroad and would be excited to experience life with a family in another country.
I have experience working with young people through sports, activities and youth programs. I enjoy keeping children active, helping them with their daily routines, playing with them, encouraging them and making sure they feel comfortable and supported. I’m patient and understanding, and I believe children need someone who can be both responsible and fun to be around.
Outside of work, I love sports, travelling, nature, hiking, camping, exploring new places and meeting people from different cultures. I’m also very interested in learning about how families live in different countries and sharing my own Tanzanian culture, food, traditions and experiences.
For me, becoming an au pair is more than simply finding a job. I would love to become part of a family, build a genuine relationship with the children and parents, help make everyday life a little easier, and create memories that we can all look back on.
I’m adaptable, willing to learn and comfortable taking responsibility. I understand that every family has its own routines and expectations, and I’m happy to communicate openly and learn what works best for your household.
