I would describe myself as a responsible, caring, patient, respectful, and dependable person. I understand that welcoming an au pair into your home is a very personal decision, especially when it involves trusting someone with your children. I value that trust deeply, and I would always approach my responsibilities with care, attentiveness, and respect for your family’s values and routines.

I genuinely enjoy being around children and believe that caring for them goes beyond simply keeping them safe. Children need patience, kindness, attention, encouragement, and someone who can create a warm and positive environment around them. I am happy to engage with children through age-appropriate games, conversations, creative activities, reading, learning, and everyday routines. I also understand the importance of boundaries and following parents’ instructions regarding childcare, meals, schedules, screen time, bedtime, and other household routines.

I am also comfortable helping with light household responsibilities connected to the children and contributing to keeping the home organised. I believe in being proactive rather than waiting to be told about every little thing that needs to be done. At the same time, I understand the importance of respecting the family’s privacy, personal space, and way of doing things.

Beyond childcare, I am particularly excited about the cultural exchange aspect of being an au pair.
