Hi! My name is Janet, and I am a warm, caring, responsible and organised young woman from Lagos, Nigeria. I am looking forward to experiencing life in Europe as an au pair and becoming a positive part of a welcoming family.

I have childcare and caregiving experience from working as a nanny in the UAE, and I am also a trained Nursing Assistant with First Aid/CPR/BLS training. These experiences have taught me to be patient, attentive and responsible when caring for children and supporting their daily routines.

I genuinely enjoy spending time with children. I love creative play, reading stories, outdoor activities, helping with homework, and creating fun but structured routines. I am especially comfortable caring for children around 3–12 years old, while my caregiving training has also given me confidence around younger children.

I am naturally organised and reliable. I also have experience as a Virtual and Executive Assistant, so I am used to being punctual, managing schedules, staying organised and taking responsibility for my tasks.

At home, I am happy to help with reasonable household responsibilities such as keeping things tidy, laundry and preparing simple meals. I enjoy cooking and would also love to share some Nigerian food and culture with my host family.

I am cheerful, patient, respectful and easy to communicate with. I am excited to learn a new language, experience a different culture and become part of family life while also respecting the family's routines and privacy.

Most importantly, I hope to build a genuine connection with my host family, create beautiful memories with the children and make this experience meaningful for everyone.
