We are an experienced, reliable and highly adaptable professional couple with a background in cooking, hospitality, private households and practical property care, seeking a stable, long-term position where we can take responsibility for the smooth running and day-to-day organisation of a household, estate, villa or private property.

We are genuine all-rounders and are comfortable combining cooking, household support, property care and daily organisation. We are not looking for a narrowly defined role. We are happy to take responsibility, coordinate tasks, solve practical problems and make sure that things are organised, maintained and completed to a high standard.

PRIVATE HOUSEHOLD EXPERIENCE SINCE 2017

Since 2017, we have maintained a long-standing professional relationship with the same private agent in Latvia. Through this cooperation, we have worked on various private household assignments, mainly during summer seasons, as well as shorter-term and occasional longer-term positions.

We have worked with different families and properties and have experience adapting to different routines, standards and expectations. We have also travelled with families and accompanied them during holidays and private trips, providing cooking, household and practical support while adapting to changing locations and schedules.

HOUSEHOLD & PROPERTY ORGANISATION

We are comfortable taking responsibility for the day-to-day organisation of a household or property and understand the importance of keeping everything running smoothly.

This can include coordinating household routines, organising shopping and provisioning, preparing properties for owners and guests, overseeing practical tasks, arranging maintenance when required, keeping supplies organised, assisting with events and making sure that everyday responsibilities are completed properly.

We are naturally organised and responsible and prefer to plan ahead rather than wait for problems to appear. When something needs attention, we take initiative and either deal with it ourselves or make sure the right person is involved.

COOKING & HOSPITALITY

Cooking is an important part of our professional background. We both have experience in professional kitchens and hospitality, and we are comfortable preparing everyday family meals as well as meals for guests and private occasions.

We can assist with menu planning, food preparation, shopping and provisioning, kitchen organisation and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.

At the same time, we do not see ourselves only as chefs. Cooking is one of the skills we bring to a much broader household and property support role.

PRACTICAL & HANDS-ON

Viktor has a background in military service and private security, together with practical experience in driving, property care, maintenance support, outdoor work, gardening assistance, errands and problem-solving.

Kristine combines her cooking and hospitality experience with housekeeping, cleaning, laundry, household organisation and guest support.

We are independent workers, learn quickly and do not require constant supervision. We prefer to solve problems rather than simply point them out.

TRUST, DISCRETION & LONG-TERM COMMITMENT

We understand that working in a private household or estate is based on trust, privacy and discretion. We respect personal boundaries and know how to take initiative without being intrusive.
