I enjoy spending time with children and helping them feel happy, safe, and comfortable. I am patient and understanding, and I believe children need both care and guidance as they grow. I would be happy to play with them, help with age-appropriate activities, read stories, do creative activities, and support them with their daily routines.
I am also willing to help with reasonable household tasks related to the children, such as keeping their rooms and play areas tidy, preparing simple meals for them, and helping with their daily routines. I understand that being an au pair is about becoming part of a family, respecting their rules and culture, and communicating openly with everyone.
I am interested in the cultural exchange aspect of the au pair program because I would love to learn about your country's culture, traditions, food, language, and way of life. At the same time, I would be happy to share Kenyan culture, traditions, and experiences with your family.
I would describe myself as respectful, adaptable, responsible, and willing to learn. I understand that every family is different, so I am open to learning your family's routines and expectations. Good communication is very important to me, and I would always try to discuss any questions or concerns respectfully.
I am especially looking forward to building a good relationship with the children and becoming someone they can trust and feel comfortable around. I also hope to have a warm and respectful relationship with the parents and become a positive member of the household.
