My name is John, a 5th-year medical student at the University of Nairobi. Due to an official one-year scheduled break in our university calendar, I am taking this time to gain international life experience and dedicate myself fully as an Au Pair for a welcoming host family.
My medical studies have given me a strong foundation in first aid, basic life support, and child health and safety. My medical journey in the last 4 years have sculpted high responsibility, patience and empathy needed to handle day-to-day childcare and daily chores. Beyond health and safety, rigorous university training has made me highly organized, adaptable, and skilled at managing schedules, preparing nutritious meals, and supporting learning activities.

Alongside my medical studies, I have worked as a part-time math and science tutor for the past four years, mentoring over 100 middle and high school students in both in-person and online Zoom sessions. This teaching background has made me exceptionally skilled at helping children with homework, explaining complex topics simply, and keeping students engaged and motivated.

With full availability during this university hiatus, my goal is to provide reliable, engaging, and loving care for your children while assisting with daily routines and light housekeeping to give you peace of mind.
