Introduction
My name is Awa, and I’m 22 years old girl from Kenya. I’m a kind, responsible, patient and open-minded person who loves being around children. I’m excited about becoming an au pair because I would love to be part of a welcoming family, experience a new culture and learn about a different way of life.
I’m the firstborn in a family of four children, so taking care of my younger siblings has always been an important part of my life. I have also helped take care of my cousins and have experience babysitting. Through these experiences, I have learned how to be patient, caring, responsible and understanding with children. I enjoy playing with children, helping them with their daily activities, preparing meals for them and making sure they feel comfortable, happy and safe.
I have a Diploma in Nutrition and Dietetics, which has taught me a lot about healthy eating and the importance of good nutrition. I would be happy to prepare simple and healthy meals for the children and support their wellbeing while following your family's preferences and routines.
I am also a clean, organized and respectful person. I understand that being an au pair requires responsibility, good communication and respect for the host family's rules and lifestyle. I am willing to help with the children's daily routines, including preparing meals, helping with homework, playing with them, keeping their spaces tidy and taking part in their activities.
One of the things I look forward to most is cultural exchange. I would love to share Kenyan culture, food, traditions and stories with your family while learning about your culture and everyday life. I believe this experience can allow us to learn from each other, build a strong connection and create beautiful memories together.
I hope to find a warm and welcoming family where we can communicate openly, respect each other and enjoy this experience together. I would love to get to know your family, learn more about your children and become a positive and caring part of their lives.
Thank you for taking the time to read my message. I hope to meet you and your family soon! ??
