My name is Mercy Njeri. I am a kenyan currently in the Netherlands. I am actively searching for my next host family to stay with and I would love to be your next au pair. I come from a family of 3 children and l value family, it is an important part of my life. I would like to describe myself as a caring, fun, reliable, patient and hardworking person. I love children and to me children are like a fountain of joy. I can never get enough of their lovely innocent personalities and truthfulness .I am interested in experiencing a new family life, since its offers a cultural context that is different from mine .I would love to learn a new culture and language. I have studied Diploma in holistic nuturing of children and graduated.
currentl,I am planning to pursue a higher diploma at the moment am taking a break from academics to have a different life experience and have some time to calmly reflect on my future academic/professional orientation thus spending sometime abroad and experiencing a new culture will be very interesting.
You can expect me to take care of your children the way you want me to for example bathing, feeding, playing, helping with homework ,taking them to school and all other responsibilities . I also do not mind helping with few household chores. When it comes to childcare experience I do take care of my young nieces and nephews occasionally. I usually bath, change diapers, cook for them, feed, take them to school, help with homework and play with them. I also babysit as a part time job (1-3year old children) and I enjoy every moment when lam around children.
I am looking for a live in arrangement with the host family.
Although lam flexible, I would prefer to having working hours that would allow me to attend language classes.
