My name is Alief, I am 19 years old and I come from Indonesia. I currently work at an Islamic elementary school, where I am a Tahfidz (Quran memorization) teacher for a class of 17 students. I lead the group and make sure the children stay focused and engaged during lessons. I also handle some school administration tasks.
I also have experience caring for babies at an orphanage, though not every day — I helped during my duty rotation schedule, which included basic care and bringing the babies along for Friday prayers. This experience taught me a lot about patience and responsibility when looking after very young children.
I am an active, cheerful, and friendly person. I enjoy sports such as basketball, volleyball, futsal, badminton, and table tennis, and I also practice Jiu Jitsu — so I can easily keep up with children's energy and join them in fun physical activities. I also enjoy cooking, and every day I run my own small food business in the afternoon and evening, which has taught me to be hardworking, responsible, and independent.
I love spending time with children and being involved in their daily activities. I am patient and caring, and I really enjoy helping children learn and have fun along the way. Having taught and supervised 17 students at once, I am used to managing a group of children and keeping them engaged.
I want to become an au pair because I love working with children and want to gain international experience while immersing myself in a new culture and language — I am currently learning German. Being an au pair would let me combine my passion for childcare with personal growth abroad. After my time as an au pair, I would also like to continue exploring opportunities in Germany and further develop my skills in childcare and teaching.
I believe I would be a great match for a family looking for someone experienced, active, and genuinely caring toward children. I am also open to living with pets and flexible with working hours when needed.
