My name is Aleyxia. I recently graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Law and, before continuing my studies with a Master's degree, I decided to take a gap year. Rather than taking on a conventional job, I chose to pursue the experience of becoming an au pair, as it feels much more meaningful and personally fulfilling to me.

I truly value human connection. I have always felt comfortable around both children and elderly people, and I genuinely enjoy spending time with them. I am often described as a calm, gentle, and warm person. I enjoy creating an atmosphere of trust, being there when someone needs help, listening, offering reassurance, and sharing the small moments of everyday life. This human dimension is precisely what appeals to me most about family life.

I have had the opportunity to look after children on several occasions, which allowed me to take on responsibility and quickly learn how to adapt to different personalities and needs. I enjoy playing with children, accompanying them in their activities, helping them when they need support, but also knowing how to set appropriate boundaries when necessary. During my years in high school, I also provided tutoring to other students and helped them with their homework. This experience taught me how to explain things patiently, adapt to each person's pace, and encourage children with kindness. I am also more than happy to help with the small everyday tasks that can provide genuine support to a family.

I understand that entrusting your children to someone requires a great deal of trust. This is a responsibility that I take very seriously, and I will always do my best to ensure that they feel safe, listened to, and surrounded by kindness.

Although I have never been an au pair before, I have had the opportunity to look after children aged 6 and 9 on several occasions. These experiences have allowed me to develop a strong sense of responsibility, patience, and the ability to adapt to each child's personality and individual needs. I also provided tutoring during my high school years, helping other students with their homework. This taught me how to explain things clearly and patiently, listen carefully, and encourage each child to progress at their own pace.

I hold a french PSC1 first-aid certificate (Prévention et Secours Civiques de niveau 1), which means I am trained in basic first-aid procedures and able to respond calmly and effectively in an emergency.

I have also been involved in several community initiatives, including organising awareness campaigns against school violence and bullying.
