Dear Host Family,

Hello! My name is France Marie, and I am from the Philippines. I am a Tourism Management graduate, and I have experience in travel operations, customer service, event coordination, and, most importantly for this opportunity, working with children through dance.

Since September 2024, I have been teaching dance classes to elementary school students at Saint Joseph Catholic School of Ursuline. I teach dance routines, guide children during practices, and help them prepare for school performances and events. This experience has taught me to be patient, encouraging, creative, and attentive to each child's personality and abilities. I also work as a freelance dance choreographer, where I create and teach routines for different performances and events.

I also come from a big family, so I grew up surrounded by different personalities and ages. Being part of a big family taught me the importance of patience, respect, cooperation, responsibility, and helping one another. I enjoy being around children and believe that they learn best when they feel safe, supported, and encouraged.

As an Au Pair, I would be happy to help with children's daily routines, getting ready for school, homework support, playtime, creative activities, and other tasks related to their care. I would love to introduce children to dance, music, games, and fun activities while also encouraging them to be confident and creative.

My background in tourism and event coordination has also made me organized, adaptable, and comfortable communicating with people from different cultures. I understand that every family has its own routines, expectations, and way of doing things, and I am willing to listen, learn, and adapt to your family's needs.

I would also be very happy to share my Filipino culture, food, music, and traditions with your family while learning about your culture and way of life. For me, being an Au Pair is not only about helping with childcare—it is also about becoming a trusted member of the family, sharing experiences, and building meaningful memories together.
