I have different work experiences, particularly in handling and caring for children of different ages with diverse needs. As a teacher, I have acquired the skills and knowledge needed to properly manage, nurture, and support children as they learn, grow, and discover their full potential—all while making learning fun and enjoyable.????
If I were to describe myself, I would say that I am an optimistic person. I believe that there is always a good reason behind everything that happens. I am kind, respectful, loving, God-fearing, independent, resilient, diligent, and a pet lover.?? I also love nature. I often find myself sitting somewhere, simply appreciating the beauty around me, breathing in the fresh air, and listening to the sounds of nature. There’s something about being surrounded by nature that brings me peace. Indeed, nature heals. ????
I grew up taking care of my two brothers as the only daughter in our family, while both of my parents worked full-time. From a young age, I learned to be responsible and independent by helping take care of my siblings and doing household chores. I also have experience babysitting my little cousins, my friends’ babies, and my nine godchildren. These experiences have helped me become comfortable and confident when caring for children of different ages.??
I can do things such as:
??Cleaning both the inside and outside of the house
??Washing, folding, and ironing clothes
??Washing the dishes
??Cooking and baking
??Riding a bicycle, although I cannot drive a car
??Speaking English well and tutoring children if needed
??Taking care of newborns, toddlers, and children
??Taking care of dogs and cats
I am looking forward to meeting my first host family and experiencing this cultural exchange. For me, becoming an au pair is a huge opportunity to help a family, learn about a new culture and language, and create meaningful memories and experiences.????
