I have 18 nieces and nephews, and I have helped take care of almost all of them while they were growing up. Being around children has always been a big part of my life. I helped with their daily routines, meals, playtime, and other things they needed. Some of them even called me “Mom” when they were little because I was often there to look after them. Through this experience, I learned to be patient, responsible, caring, and understanding of each child’s different personality and needs.
I genuinely enjoy spending time with children. I like playing with them, helping them learn new things, and making sure they feel safe and comfortable. I also understand that caring for children requires patience, consistency, and responsibility.
I would love to become an au pair because I want to experience living with a host family, learn about a different culture, improve myself, and create meaningful memories with the children I will care for. I am also willing to help with reasonable household tasks and become a responsible and respectful member of your family.
