Hello! My name is Angeline, and I am from the Philippines. I am very excited about the opportunity to introduce myself and hopefully become part of your family as an au pair. I am a warm, responsible, patient, and caring person, and I truly enjoy spending time with children and helping create a safe, happy, and comfortable environment for them.
I graduated with a degree in Criminology, which helped me develop discipline, responsibility, patience, and good communication skills. My education and experiences have taught me how important it is to be trustworthy, organized, and respectful of other people. I am also someone who takes responsibilities seriously and always tries my best to complete the tasks given to me.
I am interested in becoming an au pair because I would love to experience a new culture while also becoming part of a family and contributing to their daily life. For me, being an au pair is not only about traveling or living in another country. It is also about building a meaningful relationship with the host family, learning from each other, and being someone they can trust when it comes to caring for their children.
When it comes to children, I am patient, attentive, and willing to learn. I understand that every child has a different personality, needs, and way of communicating. I would be happy to play with them, help with their routines, prepare simple activities, assist with homework when needed, and make sure they feel comfortable and cared for. I also understand the importance of following the parents’ rules and parenting style because I believe that communication and respect are very important in childcare.
Aside from childcare, I am also willing to help with reasonable household tasks related to the children and contribute to keeping the home organized. I am not afraid of learning new things, and I am open to adapting to your family’s routines and lifestyle. If there are things I do not know yet, I am willing to listen, learn, and improve.
As a person, I would describe myself as friendly, respectful, hardworking, and family-oriented. I enjoy meaningful conversations, learning about different cultures, trying new experiences, and spending quality time with the people around me. I also value honesty, kindness, and good communication.
