Hello dear host family!

My name is Isadora, i am from Brazil, and i am very excited about the opportunity to become an au pair in Canada and, most importantly, to become part of a new family.
I am a caring, responsible, patient, and friendly person.
I truly enjoy spending tine with children and i believe that taking care of them is much more than simply supervising them. For me, it means creating a safe, happy, and welcoming environment where children can feel comfortable, loved, and encouraged to learn and grow.
Although i do not have professional experience working as a babysitter or childcare provider, i have always had children in my life. In particular, i have a much younger sister, and being around her has given me valuable experience caring for, helping, and spending time with a child.
Growing up with a younger sister has taught me to be patient, responsible, caring, and attentive to a child’s need. I enjoy playing with her, keeping her company, helping with her daily activities, and making sure she feels safe and comfortable.
Through our relationship, I have learned that every child has their own personality, needs, and way of communicating, and I believe patience and affection are very important when taking care of them.

Even though I have not worked professionally with children, I am willing to learn and I am very committed to doing my best. I understand that becoming an au pair is a big responsibility, and I would always respect your family's rules, routines, parenting style, and expectations.

I am also very excited about the cultural exchange that this experience can provide. I would love to learn more about Canadian culture, improve my English, discover new places, and experience everyday life in Canada. At the same time, I would be happy to share Brazilian culture, traditions, food, and experiences with my host family.

My goal is to build a relationship based on trust, respect, communication, and affection. I hope to become someone your children feel comfortable with and enjoy spending time with. I would also love to become part of your family and create wonderful memories together.

I know that choosing an au pair is an important decision, especially when it comes to trusting someone with your children. For this reason, I want to be honest about my lack of professional childcare experience while also showing you how excited, responsible, and willing to learn I am. I believe my experience with my younger sister has taught me many important qualities that I can bring to this experience.
