Thanks for taking the time to look at our family. We are a family of four living in Houston with two awesome boys, Nelson and Logan.

Our house can be busy, loud, funny, and occasionally a little chaotic because, well, we have two boys! We enjoy getting out of the house, traveling, trying new things, and spending time together as a family.

We are looking for someone who can become a trusted part of our boys' everyday lives. We want you to be comfortable playing with them, teaching them new things, getting outside, taking them on adventures around Houston, and occasionally just embracing the craziness that comes with raising kids.

We have had in home childcare before, which has helped us learn what makes these relationships work. Communication is a big deal to us. If something isn't working, we would rather talk about it and fix it than allow little issues to become big ones. We will be straightforward with you and expect the same in return.

We also want this to be a good position for you. We respect your personal time and independence and want you to feel comfortable in our home while still having your own life.

Ultimately, we are looking for someone who is responsible and mature when it matters, but who can also laugh, have fun, and genuinely enjoy being around our boys.

We are a fun, active family in Houston looking for a dependable and caring nanny to help care for our two boys. We have had childcare in our home before, so we understand how important it is to have clear expectations, good communication, and mutual respect.

Our boys are energetic, curious, and have very different personalities. We are looking for someone who genuinely enjoys working with children and will actively engage with them rather than simply supervise them. We want someone who can become a consistent and trusted part of their lives.

Typical responsibilities will include getting the boys ready for the day, preparing their meals and snacks, playing with them, planning age appropriate activities, taking them to activities or outings, helping maintain their daily routines, and keeping their spaces organized. Responsibilities would also include the boys' laundry and cleaning up after meals and activities.

We want our nanny to be comfortable getting out of the house with the boys. Houston has plenty to do, and trips to parks, museums, the zoo, library, indoor activities, and other kid friendly destinations are encouraged. We want them learning, exploring, and having fun.

We are looking for someone who is dependable, patient, energetic, organized, and comfortable taking initiative. Safety is extremely important to us, as is reliable communication.

Just as importantly, we respect that our nanny has a life outside of work. We believe in establishing a clear schedule, respecting time off, communicating changes in advance whenever possible, and creating a working relationship where everyone knows what is expected.

Our goal is to find the right person for a long term relationship with our family, not simply someone to fill a position.
