We are a young international family living in Milan. Our home is multilingual and lively: French with Mum, German with Dad and at school, English in the mix, and Italian in our everyday life.
Allegra, 9 years old, is our creative spirit. She loves school and attends a British school in Milan. This year, she is excited to pursue music and drama education — two passions that light her up.
Cassius, 4 years old, attends the German school in Milan, where he is in his final year of Kindergarten. He is a very active little boy, full of energy and curiosity. Because he gives so much during the day, he also needs extra calm and quiet downtime — someone who can offer both stimulation and serenity will be a wonderful match for him.
Vincent, 3 years old, is our focused and happy little one. He can spend hours playing with anything that has wheels — cars, trains, scooters, you name it.
Mum and Dad both work full time, but with flexible schedules that allow us to stay closely involved in our children's education. You will not be alone: we see this role as a true partnership, built on trust, communication and shared values.
Sports, Art, music and languages play an important role in our family life, and we hope they resonate with you too.

Governess / Educator – International Family in Milan
We are a young international family based in Milan, looking for a dynamic, warm and motivated governess/educator to join us.
Our family is multilingual: French with Mum, German with Dad and at school, English in the mix, and Italian in our daily life in Milan.
Your role will be to nurture our children's cognitive, emotional and social development — laying the foundation for a lifelong love of learning. You will take responsibility help with the education throughout the academic year and during school vacations, based in Milan and whether we travel during the year.
What we are looking for:
Fluent or near-fluent in French or German, with a good working knowledge of the other language (German is especially important to us)
A genuine passion for education and child development
An appreciation for art and music, which play an important role in our family life
