Au Pair's Message to Families

Dear Host Family, I am Zuojun from China. Maybe your family are considering to invite one Aupair to help with the childcare and light house works Children is sometimes demanding on a person's kindness, care and, patience and I think I'm the right Aupair applicant for you, because for me taking care of children is really joyful. I believe I could be an excellent teacher and friend for your children . My mother has 3 brothers and 2 sisters . There is a big family in my grandfather. When I was quite young, I lived with my cousins and taked care of the younger .We built a family love deeply. Afterward, I had the more chances to look after the other kids in my University. I’d like to stay with child because it make me relax and pleasurable for the child’s puerility. I am an outgoing person . As a student, I was the chairman of association of Taekwondo. I had a lot of friends in my school and I get along with them very well. Many students wanted to be my friend because they can easily share their problems and happiness with me. My father taught me the Chinese calligraphy when I was 11-year old . He was potty about Chinese calligraphy for a few decades . Now he has retired and become a calligraphy teacher . My father has a good influence on me for traditional Chinese culture. Besides the Taedwondo , the Chinese kung fu and Chinese calligraphy my hobbies are also making animation, hiking, soccer, basketball and art . I have ever won the second place prize in “The Diggi Awards in China” for Flash-Animation. I enjoy watching movies because good movies can give me a lot of inspiration in my life. In my free time, I like to stay at home and read books or surf the Internet. Sometimes I like to walk outside or do some sports. Cooking is my favorite when I was alone . My mother manages a restaurant so I have learned how to cook some simple but classic Chinese dishes. I will be happy to take on responsibilities such as: looking after children, teaching them Chinese and Chinese calligraphy; share my country's culture and customs; teach them Taekwondo ; help them to do housework. I am quite open to learning new things and accepting foreign cultures. I think we will get along just fine. I regard going to America as a valuable experience. When I return to China I believe my oral English and model of thinking will be greatly improved and I will have a bright future!
