Au Pair/Nanny job description

I have three daughters 3,4 and 7 years old.Her responsibilities will include taking care of them. Going out with them, playing, cleaning after them, swimming with them willl have to be disciplined with the children. she has to be fun, outgoing and patience is required. basically she needs to take care of them and above all teach them french. we speak french, their father and I and would like them to learn it. they speak fluent french and arabic.
