My name is Bethari, and I am a 25 years old from Indonesia. I graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, and I am excited about the opportunity to become an au pair because I genuinely enjoy working with children and learning about different cultures.
I have previous experience as an au pair, where I cared for a 4 years old boy. My responsibilities included supervising him while his parents were away, ensuring his safety and well being, and being a supportive older sister figure in his daily life. I also helped create an English speaking environment by teaching him English through fun and engaging activities. Beyond language learning, I encouraged him to develop confidence, emotional intelligence, and social skills by creating a safe space where he felt comfortable expressing his thoughts and feelings and interacting with others.
In addition to my au pair experience, I worked as a primary school teacher and volunteered as a tutor for underprivileged children in a small village. These experiences strengthened my patience, creativity, adaptability, and ability to connect with children from different backgrounds.
In my free time, I enjoy drawing and other art related activities, playing badminton, swimming, and cooking. I would be happy to share these interests with your children and support their growth in a fun, positive, and caring environment.
