Au Pair's Message to Families

Dear Family, My name is Eve and I am 24 years old. I currently live in the Netherlands, in a small town about 1 hour from Amsterdam. About my education/travelling: I was an international exchange student at Mary Immaculate College in Ireland from 2005 - 2006, and I have lived in London for approximately 3 years. I have a Bachelor's degree in Education and English. I have been a full-time teacher for about 4 years now. I teach English as a second language (age 14-17) Last summer I spent about 4 weeks in the USA, travelling with relatives. During the summer of 2008 I spent 7 weeks in South Africa doing voluntary work as a teacher in a township. Friends describe me as a calm, friendly girl who loves being outdoors. I teach English to children aged 14-17 and they describe me as a cheerful, fun teacher. I have been teaching for 4 years and even though I love teaching English and working with children, I would really like to start over somewhere new.
