| Hi, my name is Tracy and I have been caring for children for 12 years. I have been a babysitter, live-in nanny, live-out nanny, mother's/father's helper, and daycare teacher. I am currently in college majoring in early childhood development, with a minor in psychology. I like to travel and read. I believe in rules, structure, positive reinforcement, and the importance of play; but I do not believe in physical punishment. I have cared for children from ages 6 days to 12 years old. My favorite age range is definitely from birth to two though. The most children I have cared for at one time by myself is seven. The reason I am only available through next February is because I will be graduating at the end of December and want to travel Europe afterwards for 2 or 3 months. (This could be negotiable if I find the right job.) However, I ask you to give me a shot because I am very dedicated, hardworking, organized, and detail-orientated. I am also willing to train my replacement when the time comes. Also, I was required to put down a salary requirement but they didn't offer negotiable as an option but it is negotiable. I love kids and seeing new places and that is why to me being a nanny is the perfect job.
On a side note, I have also worked as a household manager. Like I said I'm organized and detail-orientated, so I just kind of fell into it in one of my previous nanny positions. |
