Au Pair's Message to Families

Dear Family, My name is Desiree. I am 21 years old. I currently live in Reno, NV. I am hoping to find a loving family who really will treat me as a member of their family. I have years of experience with children including children with mental and physical disabilities. I've worked at day care, day camps, overnight camps, sports camps, wilderness camps, and also babysitting. Also have experience with medical issues such as diabetes and have diabetes as well. Have worked with many children with Autism and ADD/ADHD. In 2007 I found a family through this site and nannied for them. The children were 17yr female, 7yr autistic female, and 1yr male. I am a very enthusiastic and optimistic individual who loves kids! Also I am there to interact, have fun, and teach children. Not to "watch" them. I cant wait until I have kids of my own. Very willing to relocate pretty much anywhere. Especially somewhere outside of the United States. I look forward to hearing from you all! Desiree :)
