Au Pair's Message to Families

Dear Family, I am Mirela. I spent two years taking care of children,of which one in United States (Seattle,WA) . I had a great time working with kids,I drove them to school,I'm also expirienced at taking care of kids at swimming pool.I'm a realy safe driver. As a person,I'm very adaptable,simple,open-minded and fun. I like hiking and long walks. When it comes to kids,in my opinion: Rule nr.1 I am their guardian! And safety is on the first place,and frendship and emotional attachment comes next. Working with kids I involve lot of interaction,lot of activities,and downtimes when we read books etc. Nutritions are also an important part in taking care,so I make sure they eat healthy meals,with lots of fruits and vegetables. When it comes to relationship with host family,I think that trust is the key of making a great team. I have one year expirience living with host family. I have a reference letter from them. I also have a diploma from completed childcare course in NY. I hope I will find a family that is happy!!
