Au Pair/Nanny job description

My wife, Belinda, and I are looking for a full-time, live-in nanny to help us with fraternal twin girls expected around January or February 2010. My wife stays home and will want help with caring for the babies and light cleaning/cooking. We also have a delightful 6 year old son who goes to full-day Kindergarten and who is very independent. Our ideal start date is January 1st for everyone to get comfortable with each other. We've had a live-in nanny before, so we have some experience with the setup. We'd like to interview the nanny in-person, so somebody local to Seattle will be preferred, but not required.
