My name is Anna and I am 32 years old. I am single, have no kids and never been married. I am an easy going, flexible and happy person.I live in the Philippines and would love to work in United Kingdom.
I would very much like to find a nice family to live with and work for. I have been babysitting for over 8 years now. I would also like to say that I sincerely enjoy spending time with children and I am quite easy to get along with. I have worked with a wide age range of kids and find each group has its own special qualities and needs. I myself enjoy playing with the kids, whether its outdoors or indoors, going for walks, and visiting toy store, all of which I would be happy to do with the children , as appropriate. Most of all, I love to read, and find this is one of the most important parts of growing up.
To be an aupair or nanny - that combines my desire to be more close to children, travel, see and experience new things and ways of living with the possibility of using my strong communication skills, the ability to work excellent with people, to learn fast, to be a good carer and organizer, to be an active person and adaptable to different environments and requirements.
Also, a part of my soul is still like a child my opinion is that if we want to have serenity in our lives and keep our heart young, we should fill out our time also with children smiles, with their strange, funny questions, but very intelligent sometimes. For me, spending time with children takes away your worries and problems for the meatime and they will make you feel and look younger. Also, I think children should never been underestimated, as they need to be treated with respect and taken seriously. I enjoy spending time with them, entertaining them and helping with their age problems and curiosity.
My childcare - babysitter or aupair or nanny experience involves relatives, for example my nephew, Ashley Justine, who is 8 years old now. I started taking care of him when he was 6 months old and upto now, as his parents and my parent live in the same vicinity. I told him that personal hygiene is very important and also teach him how to pray. We usually went the church every Sunday morning. We spent almost everyday together, going to my aunt house, biking at the park, strolling at the mall, playing different games, as playing means learning too. Sometimes we talk about school and his classmates, about subjects matters that he finds interesting, about his marks, doing homeworks and projects and reviewing him before the exam. I am so much dedicated as his aunt and nanny to him, because I really love children.
I also, attended a Caregiver Program(Senior Carer) for 3 months (March to June 2003),First-Aid training and Basic Life Support-Community CPR during that year. From this I learn something that I can use in due time.
I consider myself an optimistic person, and I try to see the positive side of every situation. I am very kind and I like to treat people with respect, consideration and be treated likewise of course. I like learning, traveling and attending concerts. I especially love to read, some books mean a lot to me and I end up having read those many times. I like dogs. I usually had a dog before and I love to play with her and walk her outside. I love all kinds of music: modern, classic, jazz, rnb, pop and rock. I like art in general, also to visit historical monuments. I prefer to spend my weekends and free time in nature, relaxing, doing sport, riding bike, running, going to the movies, cooking, hanging out with friends etc. Shortly this is me. Anyway I think words are not enough to describe something such complex as a person. I tried in a few words to describe opinions and interests, but words are not enough sometimes, what matters is meeting the person.
