Job Description
Looking after the children.
Providing appropriate child care and ensuring the safety of the children.
Overseeing their health and personal habits/care.
Planning and scheduling their day/week in relation to school and after school or extracurricular activities.
Responsible for helping the children complete their school work and ensuring they are up to speed on all school related work.
Responsible for broadening the children’s learning, through exposure to books, activities, knowledge sharing, that go beyond what is taught at school.
Ensuring holistic and well-rounded development of the children and promoting their mental, physical and emotional well-being.
Planning travel for holidays and accompanying the children.
Focus on their skills and make sure that the children’s certain skills are listed down with a timeline which depends on their talent and capabilities in identifying their passion towards it.
To share with the children every different business model.
Goal setting for the children.
Teach yourself... children.
Develop a specific Plan for each child after the discovery phase of 2 weeks.
