Live-In Housekeeper & Babysitter – Join Our Family in The Bahamas!

We are a warm and welcoming family of five seeking a dedicated, experienced, and trustworthy live-in housekeeper & babysitter to become part of our household in the beautiful Bahamas. The ideal candidate should be fluent in English and Spanish and have a strong background in both housekeeping and childcare.

Key Responsibilities:
Housekeeping Duties:

Maintain a clean, organized, and well-kept home.
Perform daily cleaning tasks, including dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping.
Wash, fold, and iron laundry, ensuring all clothes and linens are well-kept.
Organize closets, pantry, and storage areas.
Manage household supplies and notify when restocking is needed.
Prepare light meals or assist with cooking as needed.
Run errands, such as grocery shopping and picking up household essentials.
Ensure outdoor areas (such as patios) remain tidy.
Childcare Duties:

Supervise and care for children when parents are unavailable.
Assist with morning and bedtime routines.
Engage children in age-appropriate activities, including educational and recreational play.
Prepare light snacks and meals for the children.
Assist with school drop-offs/pick-ups if needed.
Help with homework and language development (English & Spanish).
Maintain a safe and nurturing environment.
Occasionally accompany the family on trips.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Must be fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written).
Prior experience in housekeeping and childcare.
Ability to cook and assist with meal preparation.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Trustworthy, responsible, and professional.
Energetic, patient, and caring towards children.
Ability to work independently and take initiative.
Willingness to travel occasionally with the family.
Valid passport and ability to work legally in The Bahamas.
