* Clean and tidy, maintains order in the children’s area.
* Nanny experience (specifically as a nanny, not as a cleaner/housekeeper) of at least 3 years.
* English proficiency: impeccable conversational English, correct speech without a pronounced dialect, clear diction.
* Daily routine management: meals, naps, walks, and developmental activities.
* Active outdoor play, dynamic indoor activities, development through reading, songs, drawing, and simple educational games.
* Fostering children’s independence: dressing, tidying toys, and simple household/self-care skills.
