We are seeking a reliable, caring, and experienced live-in nanny to support a single-parent household in Grand Cayman. The primary responsibility is to provide a safe, structured, and nurturing environment for a young child aged 4–5 years old.

The role includes school drop-off and pick-up (driving required), after-school care, and support with early learning activities such as reading, numbers, and structured educational play. The nanny will also assist with simple meal preparation for the child, maintain daily routines, and help keep child-related spaces organised and tidy.

The ideal candidate will be confident in managing a child’s daily schedule independently, including after-school activities and developmental learning. A patient, caring, and responsible personality is essential, along with strong communication skills and the ability to create a positive and stable environment.

Candidates must have experience working with children (preferably 3+ years), and must be confident drivers with experience transporting children. First Aid or CPR certification is preferred. Previous live-in nanny experience is an advantage.

This is a live-in position. A private furnished room is provided along with meals or a food allowance. The working arrangement is typically five to six days per week, with mornings and afternoons focused on school routines and after-school care. Flexibility may be required for school holidays or occasional evenings, with a weekly rest day agreed in advance.
