About the Position
We are seeking a reliable, mature, and self-sufficient Live-In Housekeeper to maintain a private residence year-round in Vermont, USA. This unique opportunity is ideal for someone who values independence and enjoys managing a home environment with minimal supervision. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys a flexible schedule. During summer, you’ll only work 2.5 days a week for approximately 3 months and the rest of the year, the principal is only present 4 weeks for the remaining of the year.
The successful candidate will be the sole occupant of the residence when the principal is absent.

Work Schedule
•Summer Season: Approximately 2.5 days per week for approximately 3 months.
•Autumn, Winter and Spring Season: Full-time live-in position with minimal responsibilities and presence required.
•Flexible scheduling may be required based on household needs.

Key Responsibilities
•Light cleaning since cleaning services outsourced
•Laundry and linen care
•Maintaining kitchen and common areas
•Inventory management of household supplies
•Light meal preparation
•Seasonal property oversight
•Ensuring the home remains secure, organized, and well maintained
•Coordinating with service providers and contractors when necessary.

Qualifications
•Previous housekeeping or household management experience preferred;
•Trustworthy, discreet, and dependable;
•Strong attention to detail;
•Ability to work independently with minimal supervision;
•Excellent organizational and time-management skills;
•Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle is considered preferable;
•Legally authorized to work in the USA.
