We are a small family of 4 (mom, dad, baby, dog) looking for a perfect fit to help support us during this early stage of our baby's life (3 months old in September) so we can avoid daycare until he is a little older. As mentioned, there is a possibility of moving from Las Vegas to another state such as California or Colorado (if it does happen, likely end of this year or first part of 2025) so we would need an au pair open to that possibility and openness to move along with us. We are an active couple and would love to have someone who enjoys being an active member of the family. We enjoy a peaceful and calm space at home as a reprieve from the stress of work; have a sense of humor; enjoy creativeness, traveling, and working as a team.

3 month old care for working parents with no family in town to help. Primarily need help Monday-Friday while parents are at work. Light housework. Have large dogs.
We are looking for an au pair who has a calm demeanor, is not easily frustrated, would be okay with the potential of moving with us to another state (perhaps California, Colorado) if our work required it sometime later this year or next year (if at all). Having someone who loves animals & has a history of getting along well with pets is also important, as our dogs are family to us. We anticipate that the au pair would also help with a light amount of housework during the day, so someone who takes initiative to clean and step in where ever help is needed. Hygiene and cleanliness is also important (keeping self and room fairly clean/kept). We are a family who loves to travel as well on the occasional trip to see family for the holidays (dad's family is in Washington, mom's family is in Ohio) as well as long weekend get-aways. We would love for Myles to learn as much as possible from the au pair in the way of skills and knowledge - whatever those may be if they are unique (i.e. learn their language, an instrument, etc).
We have 1 large dog living in our home full time & have 3 other large, friendly dogs that stay with us 1 week each month. Dad works long work hours (12 hours/day; 5am-5pm) Monday-Friday with the occasional weekend with a 20 minute commute to work; Mom works 9am-5pm Monday-Friday with a 15 minute commute to work. Nonsmoking home. The Au Pair's bedroom is next to the jack-and-jill bathroom that is meant to be shared with the other bedroom next to it (which is currently the nursery). Baby currently sleeps in parent's room in pack-n-play.
