The au pair’s typical responsibilities will revolve around the care of my two daughters, ages four and two. This includes helping with morning routines, school drop-off and pickup, meal preparation, and organizing fun and educational activities. Light household duties, such as laundry, tidying up, and occasional errands, will also be part of the role. Flexibility is key, as my work schedule alternates weekly: Wednesday through Friday one week, and Thursday through Sunday the next. Occasionally, the schedule will change based on my professional commitments. The au pair will also need to assist with travel between our home in Lynchburg and our apartment in Nashville.
