Hello! We are Austin and Christina! We’ve been married for five wonderful years and have two amazing children—Alessandra, who is 2 years old old, and Everest, who is 8 months old. Alessandra is curious and full of energy, and Everest is our sweet, cheerful baby who loves being around his family.


Austin works in healthcare and technology, and Christina is a former TV journalist who now runs her own consulting firm. As a family, we love the outdoors and adventure—whether it’s hiking, biking, diving, skiing, or just trying new things in the area. We also enjoy meeting friends, hosting gatherings, and spending cozy time at home together.


We just moved from Los Angeles to Washington D.C. for a new job and are excited to explore everything this vibrant city and region have to offer. Travel is a big part of our lives, and we can’t wait to discover new places and experiences as a family.

We’re looking for an au pair who is caring, responsible, and loves spending time with children. Your main focus will be being fully present with Alessandra and Everest—engaging them in play, developmental activities, and helping them learn and grow. We try to limit screen time and encourage creativity, outdoor play, and experiences like swimming or exploring new things.

In addition to childcare, we’d appreciate help with household tasks such as tidying up main living areas, doing laundry, and preparing meals for the kids. Our family enjoys spending time together, but we also value independence and personal space, so we want you to feel comfortable having your own time too. We’re looking for someone who is a self-starter, proactive, and excited to be part of our family while creating a safe, happy, and enriching environment for our kids.
