Family's Introduction to Au Pair
Dear our next Au Pair, Grayson and I are excited to meet you! I am a experienced host mom and have been in the program since my son was 9 months old. He has had a wonderful year with an amazing Au Pair who has been teaching him Spanish. I am looking for another Spanish speaking Au Pair, and someone who is passionate about education and crafts. You should be creative, and love the outdoors and the country. We are in a small town surrounded by mountains, vineyards and the beach is less than an hour away.

Job Description
Your main role in caring for my son will be light meal prep, nap time, tidying up/organizing his clothes or toys, laundry as needed, he is potty trained. Majority of the time with my son is spent playing, teaching, and learning. I make most meals and prep so things are easier for my AP. Your role is really a mother's helper, a partner.
I work as a Nurse Manager, and commute an hour way to work, 5 days a week. Soon I will do 4 days one week, and five the next. I always have weekends and holidays off, so that means several 3 to 4 day weekends throughout the year.
I give spot bonuses for going above and beyond the role or duties, or busier weeks. If you extend, I will give a stipend increase.
