About Our Family – Seeking a Spanish-Speaking Companion for Adventure, supervision & Learning.

Hello! Thank you for taking the time to learn about us. We’re a warm and welcoming single-parent family with two energetic and fun-loving children—ages 9 and 13. We stay very active, especially with our love for horses and time spent at the barn, and we’re always looking for new outdoor adventures to enjoy together!

Our kids are curious, active, and full of life. We value time outside—whether that’s hiking, biking, swimming, or just enjoying nature. We’re looking for someone who not only enjoys being outdoors and staying active but can also bring a warm, positive, and engaging presence into our home.

What We’re Looking For:
We’re hoping to welcome someone who is fluent in Spanish and enjoys sharing the language and culture with children. One of our family goals is for both kids to grow in their Spanish skills in a fun and natural way through conversation, play, and everyday learning. This could include reading together, casual lessons, music, and games—all integrated into our daily life.

Our Ideal Fit:
   •   Speaks fluent Spanish (native or advanced level)
   •   Loves children and is patient, kind, and creative
   •   Enjoys outdoor activities and is physically active
   •   Can support basic structure and routine (meals, tidying, etc.)
   •   Is reliable, communicative, and has a positive attitude

Duties would include:
• Playing with and supervising the children.
• Prepare meals for the kids and clean up afterwards
• Make school lunches
• Help with bath time
• Driver kids to school and activities
• Help with homework and tutoring
• Do your kids’ laundry
• Keep the kids’ rooms tidy and organized
• Perform other duties as needed that is related to caring for children
• Assisting with preparing some dinners.
I have the kids every other week. Summer would be day time supervision and school year would be tale them to school and pick up then 3p to 7p homework, supervision, etc.
