Greetings! I'm a single parent with an 8-year-old daughter who'll need help starting ASAP. My daughter is diagnosed with autism (and possibly undiagnosed ADHD), so some days she can be a handful but other days she is almost completely self-sufficient. She loves arts & crafts, going outside to play in the yard, stuffed animals, bubbles, puppets, movies, Bluey, music/musical instruments, and reading. She is currently homeschooled and has been doing a lot better with that vs. public school.

Job details:
Greetings! I am a single trans dad that will be needing help watching my 8-year-old daughter while I'm at work. Start date is a bit flexible. Currently, my parents (68 & 66?) watch her while I work but with my hours increasing, I will need additional help. I am a corrections officer so my schedule is usually 80 hours a week since they are incredibly understaffed and have mandated overtime. I will most likely be working 16 hour shifts, 5 days a week. I am currently working on buying a house that is a bit closer to my job as well. My current commute is 30 minutes but with the long shifts, I'd like something 15 minutes or less.

I am hoping to schedule 1-3 days a week with her grandparents and aunt so essentially I will only need full day care 2x a week, the other 3 days being just 3-9pm. She is currently being homeschooled and would like to continue homeschooling so I would need someone to give her whatever worksheets/activities I schedule for that day, that can be discussed for those who are seriously interested. I will also need someone to just make sure she completes tasks such as her piano lessons (at home via zoom/online), or whatever else I assign her!

I will also need someone to help keep up with daily household tasks such as laundry, dishes, and light vacuuming of the living room area since I do have 3 cats (their fur seems to get everywhere!). If you do not have a car, that is not a problem.

NOTE: I do have 3 cats, so if you're allergic or just don't like cats, this may not be the right fit for you. This is also a pro-choice, LGBTQIA+, anti-ice household. If you are a Trump supporter, you are not welcome in my safe space. :)
