We are looking forward to meeting you and having you join our family. A little bit about us: Mom and Dad (Kat and Alex) met in law school (2006) and have been inseparable ever since. We were married in 2015 and our first son, Keiran, arrived in 2017. Our twins, Avery and Kai, were born July 2020.
Kat is originally from St. Petersburg, Russia. Alex is originally from Connecticut, USA. We love sports, travel, and delicious food. Kat played tennis in high school/college, Alex played football. We both work demanding corporate jobs; Kat for a financial institution and Alex for a consulting firm. Because we work very hard, we value the time we get to spend with family and friends.
Kieran is an energetic, smart, and affectionate preschooler. He loves cars, trains, riding his scooter and bike, reading books and singing songs. He has an amazing memory, he has basically memorized all of his bedtime stories word for word but can also be stubborn and strong willed at times. Kai is very silly and loves to goof around and laugh. Avery loves to dance and giving his opinion about everything even though he cannot talk yet. They are super cute and funny, but can be very loud.

We are looking for a friendly and cheerful Au pair that loves playing with kids!

Typical responsibilities include preparing meals, changing diapers, reading books, playing with the kids, some educational lessons, and light cleaning of the kids' areas and clothes.

Our family consists of 2 adults and 3 kids (Kieran, 4 years old and Kai and Avery 2 years old). Parents work from home often and all 3 kids attend preschool or daycare. We are looking for a new au pair to help during the morning, afternoons after school, and days when then twins aren’t at daycare. Our home has a separate living space on the bottom floor and three bathrooms so there is plenty of space for everyone.

We work very hard and have demanding jobs, but also really like to relax and enjoy time together with our kids, friends and family (when permissible due to the pandemic). We are looking for someone who is fun, energetic, open-minded, kind and patient to be a part of our family.

We love sports and doing things together as a family (including our extended family) and with friends, whether its watching movies or shows, going for walks, playing tennis, having a family dinner or BBQ, having friends over, etc. but also love quiet time to decompress as well.

We are open, friendly, and inviting people, so we would be happy to share mealtimes and/or other activities with our au pair, but we also expect that the au pair would like some privacy and independent time. We are confident that the house is large enough to offer a few spaces for the au pair to have some privacy (in addition to the au pair's room). There are a few places indoor and outdoor to study, read a book, watch tv, or surf the internet.
