Introduction
Hi! I'm a friendly teenager about to turn eighteen, looking for experience working with children while travelling and learning about different cultures. I'm currently a swim teacher, and I genuinely love caring for kids and building real connections with them — I also want to pick up practical skills around the house.
I grew up in Queensland as the youngest of three sisters, and I've always wanted a younger sibling. I also have experience caring for animals - I had lived with dogs all my life, and have also taken care of multiple birds. I value the chance to step out of my comfort zone and form a close, lasting bond with my Au Pair family, gain experience in another country, and help out however I can.
I've been a committed swim teacher for over two years, working with kids aged 3 to 13 — managing behaviour, following lesson plans, and keeping lessons fun and safe. The role has helped me grow into a more independent person, teaching me time management, compassion, and a real ability to adapt.
On a personal note, I just love working with children, and I'm genuinely keen to learn more about cooking and household management. I'll give anything a go — I'm a fast learner and I care deeply about doing a good job.
