Growing up, I have always been surrounded by children. I help care for my 18-year-old brother, my sister’s 10-year-old twins, and a 2-year-old baby in my family. From helping with homework and school activities with the twins, to feeding, playing, and putting the baby down for naps, to being a supportive big sister — childcare has been a big part of my life. I am patient, loving, and I truly enjoy creating a safe, fun, and educational environment for children.
I describe myself as responsible, trustworthy, energetic, and positive. I love arts and crafts, reading, outdoor games, cooking simple meals, and helping with light housekeeping related to the children. I am also very eager to learn about American culture and to share my Namibian culture, food, and traditions with your family.
My goal as an Au Pair is not just to help, but to become a big sister and a role model to your children. I want to support them, make them laugh, and help them grow while also improving my English and experiencing life.
