I truly enjoy spending time with children and being involved in their daily lives. I am a creative person, especially when it comes to arts and crafts. I love creating simple and fun activities with children, playing with them, and encouraging their imagination. I also enjoy taking them to parks, playdates, and outdoor activities.
I am also proactive and don't always wait to be asked to help. I like keeping things organized, helping with the children's routines, and making sure the home stays tidy. My previous host mom described me as proactive, which is something I am proud of.
Another thing I enjoy is cooking. My previous host families often complimented my cooking, and I would be happy to prepare meals for your family and learn some of your favorite dishes. I would also love to share Filipino food and culture with you.
After my experiences in the Netherlands and Iceland, I know what it means to live with a host family and become part of their everyday life.
