Hello! My name is Sandra, and I'm a Certified Nursing Assistant trained in Washington State, USA, with hands-on experience caring for elderly residents in both the United States and my home country, Kenya.

I began my caregiving career in Kenya and then pursued my training in Washington State, where I provided care at a rehabilitation center and an adult family home. There, I supported residents with daily living activities, meal planning and preparation, mobility, medication administration, vital signs monitoring, appointment scheduling, and specialized dementia and mental health care.

I also hold a Bachelor's Degree in Communication, which might seem like an unusual pairing with caregiving, but it's actually central to how I work.
