My name is Madeline and I have over 10 years of experience caring for children, both professionally and within families I’ve come to consider my own. I’m also currently working as a teacher, which has given me a strong foundation in child development, age-appropriate learning, positive discipline, and how to keep kids engaged, curious, and happy throughout the day.

Beyond childcare, I’ve also spent several years caring for elderly family members, which taught me a lot about patience, attentiveness, and compassion — skills that carry over beautifully into working with children and families as a whole. I’ve also managed full households, handling everything from meal planning and organizing daily routines to keeping a home running smoothly, so I’m very comfortable wearing multiple hats and adapting to whatever a family needs.

What families usually tell me they appreciate most is my reliability, warmth, and the calm, structured energy I bring into the home. I believe children thrive when they feel safe, loved, and given the chance to learn through play, conversation, and everyday routines — and I love being part of that process.
