Hello! My name is Janeth, I am 25 years old and I come from Angola. I am currently studying Tourism at university. I am a kind, patient, honest, responsible, and caring person who enjoys spending time with children and learning about new cultures.
I have experience caring for children of different ages through my family and community. I have helped care for six children, from toddlers to school-aged children. My responsibilities included preparing meals, feeding them, bathing them, changing diapers, helping them get dressed, reading stories, playing educational games, helping with homework, organizing fun activities, and making sure they were always safe and happy.
I love helping children learn, grow, and feel confident. I believe every child deserves love, patience, respect, and encouragement. I always follow the parents' rules and routines because I understand how important consistency is for children.
Besides childcare, I am happy to help with light household tasks related to the children, such as preparing simple meals, washing children's clothes, tidying their rooms, and keeping their play areas clean and organized.
Becoming an au pair is one of my biggest dreams. I want to improve my English, learn other languages, experience a new culture, and become part of a loving family. At the same time, I would love to share my Angolan culture and traditions with you.
I speak Portuguese fluently and have basic English (A1 level). I study English every day and I am motivated to improve quickly. I am a fast learner, open-minded, respectful, and always willing to learn.
