I am a very good worker who can get a task done efficiently and adequately. I also work well within a team setting to get the assigned job done as requested. I have a very strong interpersonal skills and excellent communication skills, as I earned a grade one (1) in English A and a grade four (4) in communication studies. This also enabled me to be an expert in the customer service representative field as I have gained seventeen months of experience in the field at Global gateways solution in Freeport Montego Bay, and also six months of experience in the field at Advanced Call center Technologies in Barnett Tech Park, Fairview, Montego Bay, and also 6 months of experience in the field at 24-7 Intouch, at Cazomar complex in Free zone Montego Bay, 9 months of experience in the field at Concentrix Montego, 2 years and 2 months at Conduent Montego, and 1 month and counting at A Gentle Touch of Care Home Health Services.
I am also capable of working comfortably and efficiently with a computer system, as I have earned a grade three (3) in Information Technology CXC, and I have gained a lot of experience in the BPO industry, as well as being certified in customer service, therefore I am an expert in the field. I am also certified in level 1 and 2 in bar tending, housekeeping and waitering. I am also a certified Practical Nurse / CNA and I have experience working in Acute and Home health aide.
