I am looking for a live in/live-near-by Personal/ Business Assistant. When I’m in Yorkton you will make this your base, and can find reasonable priced and enjoyable rural/small town style homes. When traveling I use Airbnb a lot as I like supporting innovative online platforms. Whenever I can I will get large apartments and homes where you will have your own room. Some places in the world such as Eastern Europe, I have found it’s normal that in a two bedroom place the second bedroom is in the living room, in this case you may have your own place down the street for privacy.
In addition to monthly salary I offer bonuses to exceptional performance.
Must be comfortable with small planes as I love going off the normal tourist paths.
Duties- Personal Assisting, Business Assisting, Meal Prep, Personal Wellness, Workout Planning, Massages and Personal Needs.
Personal Assisting includes handling all basic personal chores or items requested. For example; doing dishes, washing and ironing laundry, and tidying the home. Planning and booking flights, hotels, and Airbnbs. Making phone calls and picking up the mail. Providing a nutrition plan along with meal preparation, personal training etc. Being able to take over regular tasks to enable me to give my every last bit of energy to my business and let me get to the next level.
Business Assisting includes writing documents, writing emails, data mining on the internet, making phone calls, and being proficient in Excel and PDF Editing. Doing product research, scheduling and reporting, budgeting and book keeping. Being able to do classified writing and portfolio management. A background in IT, engineering, software, sales, import and export, and website development are all considered an asset! Photography and editing are a plus. (Training can be offered for many items).
Multiple languages is an asset but MUST be fluent in reading, writing and speaking English.
Personal traits I look for are confident, quiet, smart, open minded and humble. Have an eagerness to please, a desire for continuous improvement and education, and being able stay organized. Must be able to maintain confidentiality.
The person you will be Assisting is a man in his 40’s. I am an Entrepreneur who loves life and has fully embraced the digital era. I sometimes have a lot of work and other times it is a bit more relaxed. I’m a dominant individual, and expect that you are committed fully to my every need.
I’m looking for a permanent, full time individual, who can handle a challenging and high expectation environment.
