Governess or Governor

Details :
We are inviting governor / home educator for the 7 year-old grade 2, schooled boy.
Employment Conditions:
* Accommodation: Private weekend apartment with gym, beach, and swimming-pool access.
* Meals & breaks: All meals provided by the household. The schedule includes short daily breaks and one longer lunch break / private time during the child’s school lessons.

* Schedule: Two-year contract after a successful trial period, 6 working days per week / 1 day off.
* Vacation: 6 weeks of paid annual leave.
* Contract: Official employment with UAE residency and full visa/document support.
Requirements :
* Teaching experience is preferred: Experience in the educational field to organize developmental activities
* Fluent Russian without an accent or dialect for Russian Speaking candidates. Proficient command of the Russian language for communication with the family - will be discussed for the native English speaking candidates.
* Fluent/Native English: Necessary for interaction in an international environment, school homework etc.
* Experience working with VIP families: Understanding the nuances of living in a high-status household
* Ability to work in a team: Capability to effectively interact with household staff and other nannies
* Good physical condition and emotional health: Maintaining an active and healthy lifestyle and participating in all sports activities of our son
* Valid driver’s license and experience will be an advantage
* Valid documents and citizenship allowing for travel to EC countries, USA and Commonwealth countries. Flexibility for travel with the family
Duties :
- Full organization of the child's daily schedule: lessons, educational activities, sports, and rest.
- Supporting school homework across all subjects with a focus on bilingual education (Russian/English).
- Accompanying the child to extracurricular activities, clubs, and sports practices.
- Organizing cultural and educational outings: museums, theaters, and learning centers.
- Providing constant supervision and support during family trips and travel.
Language :
English - C2 - Fluent, possibly Russian language spoken
Compensation: €4,500 - Per month To be negotiated with a successful candidate
Schedule: Regular work, Full-time working day,
After trail period, 6/1 in a week, with the month off in the summer
