About Our Mother
73 years old, living with mid-stage dementia (forgets names, occasional wandering).
Gentle personality, enjoys gardening, old Filipino music, and light conversation.
Requires assistance with daily routines, medication, and mobility, walks, personal care and so on.

(Non-Negotiable):

A morning video call to facilitate a 10-15 min call daily at morning or mid day with me to confirm her medication/supplement intake.

Track symptoms, appetite, and sleep patterns in a logbook.

Safety & Supervision:

Dementia-friendly communication: redirection, calm reassurance.

Daily Routine:

Prepare 3 balanced meals (low carb, protein based) + 2 snacks (low-sodium diet). Might be replaced with a meal plan if I can get find a good one.

Light housekeeping (mother’s room, laundry, dishes).

Engage in activities: short walks, music therapy, simple gardening, give her something to draw.

Collaboration:

Escort to medical appointments (transportation provided), if needed.

Bonus:

Longevity Bonus ?15,000 Paid every 6 months of continuous service
Utilities: Free electricity, water, Wi-Fi.
Food Stipend: ?2000/month for personal groceries.

Everything but the video call is negotiable.
