Hello, My grandparents are not ready to move out of their home but our family would feel more comfortable if they had someone that could provide some support. This would be a live in situation, room and board plus weekly pay. Grandpa is almost deaf , and grandma suffers from diabetes. They have homecare coming and doing bathing and checking in, but weve had some scares with grandma falling , or having a diabetic emergency , and grandpa not being able to hear her. They live in a Large home with a dinette downstairs. There is plenty of space ,private bathroom and bedroom.

Ideal candidate would speak english very fluently as they have trouble understanding accents and grandpa can hardly hear, keep a tidy house, be able to physically handle yard work and outside chores, be mindful of grabdmas diabetes and keep her on track with insulin injections and eating enough, make sure medication is being taken, have a good amount of patience, and be very honest.
Bonus if you can play the card game cribbage :).
They are a super sweet couple, they are very routine, and can be picky, but they are very enjoyable to spend time with.
